You Wont Find The Answer In A Needle
With the absurd level of drug use in the sport these days the very simple principle of training for progress and following a diet has been lost on the majority.
Progress is being measured through Mls or Mgs rather than through Kg lifted. (Lbs for you Americans)
It’s certainly possible to build an incredible physique without drugs. Considering the average person isn’t looking to take their training and dieting any further than being able to take their clothes off at the beachor to look good in a t-shirt or tight dress, there really is very little reason most people need to go anywhere near chemical enhancement. We now have guys on drugs literally before they even start going to the gym. Girls are taking muscle building steroids to go in comps that mark you down for having muscle!
I get asked at least once a week, “Is there any way I can speed up my results?” The person always leans in close so no one else can hear. Like it’s our little secret, and just incase the FEDs are listening.
They instantly sit back with a frustrated expression when I lean in, look directly at them and say, “lift more weight and follow your diet.”
But I want drugs! Drugs fix everything.
Yeah, but they don’t. Drugs can make good training better. Drugs don't fix shit training. Shit training with drugs is just shit training with drugs. Shit training will always be shit training. Shit training doesn’t build good physiques with or without drugs. I get it. It’s a drugged sport. Drugs can help you do amazing things but I’m yet to see a needle lift a weight or stop a person from cheating on a diet.
Here is something I was taught way back. This can give you guys something to work towards and think about.
I was taught you use drugs to do what you couldn’t do naturally.
Use unnatural means to do unnatural things. Max-out your natural potential and then think about drugs to take your training and physique to the next level.
I was also taught if your training is shit drugs don’t do anything.

4 plate squat
5 plate deadlift
I was taught that as my first strength bench marks and If you can't do those without drugs your training is shit.
With those numbers in mind, I did them all drug free at a fat 70kg body weight. Don't give me any BS you're too small to lift those kinds of weights. Im not genetically gifted. I’m just stubborn as fuck.

If you can't do that natural, look at your training not your hormones. Not being on drugs isn’t why you don’t have the body you want. You don’t have the body you want because your training doesn’t give your body any reason to change.
Go lift some weight.
