After your initial consult, the next 12 weeks of training and nutrition will be carefully and strategically designed with your success as the primary focus.

  • 60-minute initial consultation. Detailed health and lifestyle screening. Goal Setting. Strategy formulation. Design of custom nutrition guide and meals plan.

  • We build your custom strength training program. Every exercise, weight, rep, and set, is programmed for you based on your strength levels.

  • Follow-up consult session with in-depth instructions for using the training software. Any changes to training and nutrition are made here.

  • On-going weekly check-ins. Diet and training alterations and answers to any queries from the past week.
